Study Of Swedish Mental Health Service System

Mental Health problem has become a worldwide problem. As the increasing of the pressure of life, mental health problem is becoming more and more seriously in our country. As the late of beginning, lack of resources, insufficient of social policy support, serious of stigma, Chinese mental health service develops slowly. Sweden became a typical case of welfare states owing to its advanced and completed welfare policy and services, in the background mental health service system is also quite advanced. Research the Swedish mental health system may give Chinese some beneficial inspirations in constructing its own mental health system.At first, this article described and analyzed the laws and regulations related to mental health care comprehensively, then, analyze the two big reforms about mental health care in past decades. Through this analysis this article describes the backgrounds, targets, contents and influences of these two big reforms and introduces the whole mental health system’s laws and regulations in development perspective. Based on this, this article meticulous described the division of duty, organization and management, finance support and executive departments; then analyzed the service programs and the support systems layer upon layer of deep. The service care programs mainly include: inpatient care, community care and special target group care; and the housing support, occupation support and personal support formed the mainly support system. Through these descriptions and analyses this article drew the outline of the whole Swedish mental health system.In the end, on the basis of former explorations and analyses this article assessed the advantages and dis advantages of Swedish mental health system. And then get some beneficial inspirations for the construction of Chinese mental health system in full consideration of the differences between the two countries.
