Objective:To Learn status of fatigue in patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD) in Chongqing, who don’t get depression, in order to identify the main factors associated with fatigue among patients with PD and find the possible methods to improve fatigue in PD patients.Methods:Collected the information of51cases which were diagnosed PD without depression and dementia, including gender, age, onset age, course of disease, first symptoms, daily dose of LD, motor complication state. Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) and Hoehn-Yahr classification were used to evaluate the severity of dyskinesia, and fatigue was evaluated with Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was applyed to find factors related to fatigue by SPSS17.0software.Results:Daily dose of LD and UPDRS score were associated with fatigue (P<0.05). PD patients’gender, age, onset age, course of disease, first symptoms, motor complications state, H-Y stage were not associated with fatigue (P>0.05). Conclusion:Disease severity was associted with fatigue. PD patients’ gender and age were not related to fagitue. Further researches are needed to clear the relation between fatigue and onset age, course of disease, first symptoms, motor complications state, dopaminergic drugs.
