Purpose: To prove that traditional Chinese medicine on stable angina pectoris ofcoronary heart disease has a definite therapeutic effect.Method: A prospective randomized controlled observation of qi deficiency and bloodstasis, turbid phlegm obstructing collaterals in patients with stable angina pectoris ofcoronary heart disease in80cases (40cases in the treatment group, control group40cases). The treatment group: Based on routine treatment of Western medicine, traditionalChinese medicine to" and removing phlegm and blood stasis pain"(ginseng, Rhodiola,Salvia miltiorrhiza, leech, Jiang Hong, Rhizoma Pinelliae, spikenard, corydalis tuber,Polygala, calamus, dried tangerine peel) free decoction,3times a day, warm boilingwater; the control group: given conventional treatment of Western medicine, includingresistance treatment of ischemia, antiplatelet therapy, anticoagulant therapy and statins, for comorbidities such as heart failure, hypotension, shock, cardiac arrhythmia, givesymptomatic treatment. During the test, in addition to other banned the use of nitroglycerinfor angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Chinese and Western medicine.Result: The two groups of patients in age, sex, disease, TCM syndrome, tongueand pulse with respect to baseline equilibrium ratio. In two groups of patients in coronaryheart disease with stable angina pectoris curative effect, the effect of TCM, nitroglycerinstopped by rate and quality of life in treatment group than in control group, group of Chinesemedicine to the treatment of stable angina pectoris purposes, and can effectively reduce thenumber of episodes of angina pectoris and occurrence of cardiovascular events, exactcurative effect, safety high. In two groups of patients electrocardiogram improvementwithout significant difference of Chinese medicine group, also can improve the effect ofelectrocardiogram in patients with. In use during the two group there was no obvious adversereaction of Chinese medicine group, high security. Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of stable angina pectorisof coronary heart disease optimization scheme of exact curative effect, can effectivelyreduce the recurrence of angina frequency, reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular events.
