Research Of Flavored Gualouxiebaibanxia Decoction In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris And The Influence Of Hs-CRP

Objectives To observe the TCM syndrome scores,angina relief,resting ECG improvement,nitroglycerin withdrawal,and hs-CRP levels and lipid levels in patients with stable coronary angina pectoristreated with Flavored Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction,Objectively evaluate the efficacy of Flavored Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction.Methods According to the random number table method,80 cases that meet the criteria of case selection were divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases each.The treatment group was treated with Flavored Gualoubaibaixia Decoction combined with western medicine standardized treatment,The control group was treated with standardized western medicine alone,and both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome scores,angina pectoris relief,resting electrocardiogram improvement,nitroglycerin reduction,hs-CRP levels,blood lipid levels,and safety indicators before and after treatment were observed in both groups.The data was analyzed using SPSS19.0 statistical software.Results 1 The completion of the experiment,the study included a total of 80 patients,the treatment process due to the patient's own reasons for the loss of 5 cases,3 were in the treatment group and 2 in the control group.75 cases were effectively collected.2 After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores in both chest pain and chest tightness were lower(P<0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).The scores in the treatment group decreased in shortness of breath,multiple hemorrhoids,head fatigue.(P<0.05),while there was no significant decrease in the control group(P>0.05).In the control group(P<0.05),the curative effect of the TCM syndrome treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).3 The effect of angina pectoris was better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).4 After treatment with ECG improvement,the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).5 The nitroglycerin reduction rate after treatment the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).6 Compared with hs-CRP levels,both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05);the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).7 TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C levels,TC,TG,and LDL-C in both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and HDL-C increased(P<0.05);The levels of TG and LDL-C in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01)and there was no significant difference in the levels of TC and HDL-C compared with the control group(P>0.05)Conclusions Flavored Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction has a definite curative effect on patients with stable angina pectoris.Combined with western medicine standardized treatment can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with TCM,relieve angina pectoris,improve resting electrocardiogram and reduce the consumption of nitroglycerin,and reduce the level of hs-CRP and lipid levels in patients,and have good security.
