Observation The The Clinical Curative Effect Of Stable Angina Patients By Using Largre Plant Rhodiola Injection And The Effect Of Lipoprotein Phospholipase A2 And Hypersensitive C-teactive Protein Levels Serum In Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective:Observe large strain of rhodiola injection treatment efficacy in patients with stable angina and the impact of the lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2and hypersensitive c-reactive protein.Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients meet with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,each group contains 40 cases.The 40 cases which belong to the large strain of rhodiola injection treatment group,we all give 10ml large strain of rhodiola injection into 0.5% NS 250ml,intravenous,l time/day,course of 14 days.Beside that,all of them we give the routine therapy of CHD(aspirin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride,statin,beta blockers, nitrate).We give the conventional treatment group of 40 cases with regular treatment with CHD.Each course includes 14 days. The clinical efficacy of large strain of rhodiola injection are analyzed score,angina pectoris,electrocardiogram,the change of the lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2and hypersensitive c-reactive protein levels,and blood fat,liver and kidney function.The detection of Lp-PLA2 is the in color turbidimetric method.The detection of hs-CRP is immune turbidimetric method.Result:①Compared before and after treatment:in TCM syndrome,the clinical symptoms of both the treatment group and the control group showed significant improvement(P<0.05);② Compare the syndromes of angina:treatment group effectiveness is higher than the control group;After statistics analysis,P<0.05;Compare the electrocardiogram,the treatment group and control group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05);③Compared before and after treatment:The two groups of patients after treatment with Lp-PLA2 and hs-CRP levels are lower than before the treatment,the data statistically difference(P<0.05);Compared with the after treatment parts,The large plant rhodiola treatment group Lp-PLA2 and hs-CRP levels declines were higher than conventional treatment group,the data statistically difference(P<0.05). ④After treatment,two groups of patients with TC,LDL-C levels drop,P<0.05;The change of TG,HDL-C levels from the previous was not significant,P>0.05;The reduction of the treatment group of TC,LDL-C was bigger than the conventional treatment group;Teo sets of TQHDL-C level,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Large plant rhodiola injection can improve blood stasis resistance type of clinical symptom of patients with coronary heart disease;There was a certain synergy on the combination of the basis of conventional medicine theragy with large plant rhodiola injection on the reduction of coronary heart disease patients with Lp-PLA2 and hs-CRPand TC、 LDL-C.has some reducing effect on the Lp-PLA2.Large plant rhodiola injection has good drug safety.
