[Objectives]Investigates and understand the basic occupational health services (BOHS) presentsituation of the Lanping lead-zinc mine area smelting enterprise, identified smeltingenterprise the main occupational harm factor which exists in the basic occupational healthservice aspect, Assess the smelting enterprise the basic occupational health service demand.[Methods]Reference the workplace ergonomics analysis system, which was Finnish Institute ofOccupational Health to create, combined with the questionnaire on job characteristicsmaking site smelters, carries on the work place prevalence survey. In view of the smeltingenterprise worker’s work place characteristic situation design questionnaire, adopts therandom sampling method conducted a questionnaire survey. Questionnaire design for theworkplace characteristics of workers in smelting enterprises, to take a random sampleconducted a questionnaire survey. To collect field survey of table20, workers wererandomly survey370.Collect110hair samples of workshop workers in the smeltingenterprise with random method, to sends in the type heavy metal content and so on lead, cadmium carries on the laboratory examination. The work place work efficiency study sceneexamination table, the worker sample the questionnaire survey as well as the laboratorysend the type heavy metal examination each data to carry on the classification to compiles, and inputs statistical software SPSS17to carry on the analysis. [Results]①Four smelting enterprises, mining plant, the smelter did not carry out pre-jobtraining, mining plant vocational training on the protection on workers, there are threecompanies failed to carry out regular health examination practitioners.②Major occupational hazards for example: noise, dust production, irritating chemicalsfound in the smelting enterprises surveyed. Gas, metal dust, vibration, etc. between differenttypes of production workshop there are occupational risk factors vary, the occupational riskfactors more serious degree of harm is electrolysis, dressing, smelting workshop.③Smelting enterprises in the survey, negative ergonomics factors mainly noise, vibration, operating range of activities, physical activity intensity, the smoothness of theexchange of information in the work, mastery of the knowledge about production safety andso on.④Sends the type and gathers to carry on the laboratory examination, in theinvestigation object sends the heavy metal Pb and Cd values is9.23±5.06μg/g,1.91±1.38μg/g. Takes the reference by the American clinical laboratory examinationstandard, in the test result the collection of samples for laboratory tests found that high Pband Cd contents in hair samples, speculated that the plant employees working Pb in thebody and97.3%investigation objects sends the lead content to surpass the adult normalvalue (10.0μg/g) the upper limit,71.8%investigation objects send the Cd content to surpassthe adult normal value (1.0μg/g) the upper limit. The air Pb of the workers has a positivecorrelation with their work experience(r=0.687,P<0.05), the air Cd of the workers has apositive correlation with their work experience (r=0.355,P<0.05), it both measured valuewith the increase of work experience time increased accordingly.⑤The workers surveyed have71.3percent of workers said the Occupational Safety andprotection knowledge for the jobs is not enough,62.4percent of workers believe that theenterprises to carry out the lack of vocational training,32.1percent of workers believe thatthe work itself engaged in a certaindangerous.[Conclusions]①Smelting enterprises in the surveyed in the lead and zinc smelting process, someenterprises are still using relatively backward sintering-blast furnace lead smelting process, the flue gas recovery in the production process of metal, sulfur dioxide, recycling and othertechnologies do not improve, does not meet the production of raw materialsfully utilized.②Part of the smelting equipment operation and management of ventilation, dust, noisereduction settings in the workplace is not perfect, not to play a protective role. Part of thesmelting enterprises with poor workers’ personal protective equipment, special overalls and dust masks do not change regularly.③Smelting new posts workers vocational training and knowledge of productionsafety education, some workers can not be fully aware of their own work occupationalhazards. The surveyed workers expressed smelting enterprises in pre-service training, knowledge of production safety training did not think highly of the enterprise to carry outregular health examination, and to improve the personal health records have highexpectations④Most of the workers of the companies surveyed only junior high school education, occupational health and safety protection they need to know, their types of work andspecific jobs less for the knowledge to participate in occupational protection, they needto understand their own physical health, and to master knowledge of productionsafety, develop good daily cleaning habits and other aspects need to be strengthened.
