With The Ovarian Endometriosis After Conservative Surgery And Recurrence Of Clinical Analysis

Objective:To study the type ovarian endometriosis conservative surgical treatment of recurrent related factors,and the recurrence after treatment.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 42 cases in January 2005-12 months in dalian medical university hospital of gynecologic ovarian endometriosis patients with clinical data,did the reproductive function reserves conservative surgery,collecting,collating,follow-up their clinical data,data input spss17.0 statistical analysis.Results:(1)42 patients cases were collected to followed for 3 years, recurrence 8 cases,3 years accumulative recurrence19%;(2)Conservative surgery and recurrence of related factors analysis:age, medicine after surgery,the vault of nodules pain are statistically significant(p<0.05);(3) after conservative surgery combined pregnant three ketene and GnRH-a drug therapy to simple treatment groups was statistically significant, compared to them are no difference in prevent recurrence;(4 pregnant three ketene bleeding rates and acne rate higher than GnRH-a are statistically significant;(5)Surgery and ultrasound-guided suction note medicine for the treatment of patients with recurrent during follow-up 16-47,alleviate symptoms and no recurrence.Conclusion:1)Endometriosis is hormones dependence disease,easily re-currence after treatment of postoperative medication,age,medicine after surgery,the vault of nodules pain are recurrence of related factors,the age is smaller,conservative surgical adjuvant treatment without drugs,the vault of nodules pain are easily recurrence;2)For patients with recurrent type ovarian endometriosis patients treated with conservative surgical adjuvant postoperative pregnant three ketene and GnRH-a recurrence can obviously reduce relapse prevention, and the effect is roughly same, but the lower side GnRH-a than pregnant three ketene,it is proposed that conservative surgery and adjuvant GnRH-a treatment to prevent relapse is better;(3)For recurrent endometriosis patients,surgery and ultrasound guided aspiration and injection can be used as treatment.
