Background:Primary biliary cirrhosis (primary biliary cirrhosis, PBC) is a sort of autoimmune liver disease,which is the result of the orgnism immune hypersensitivity.The mainly feature of PBC pathology is the progressive of cholangioles injury,which can guadually lead to hepatic cirrhosis from apyetous cholangiolitis. Over the past20years, with the improvement of clinical laboratory level, the incidence is increasing year by year trend.The mainly treatment of Western Medicine include evacuating bile,restraining immune reaction and hepatic transplantation,as a result,part of patients reveal some side effect,such as faultiness of drugs,the intolerance of medicine adverse reaction etc.According to the pathogenesis of PBC,the morden of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) classify it to "jaundice","flank pain","lamp","drum bellyand","edema","bleeding"etc.TCM owns certain definitive advantage and wide perspective,which can improve the recovery rate,lighten the side effect of drugs,release the complication and ameliorate the prognosis.Objective:Adopting the research methods literature and the use of search and analysis tools,to summarize the type of syndrome,early clinical manifestation and the frequency of the Chinese crude drugs,then search the effective climacteric syndrome and the therapies of TCM to arrive at a new thread to crude PBCand make the most advantage of TCM.Method:Using literature retrieval and statistical research methods, respectively, to the manual and computerized searches of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital library bibliographic and reference book, CBMdisc, CNKI, VIP, Wanfang database collection of traditional Chinese medicine, integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of the disease in the literature, based on the main elements of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, clinic symptoms, frequency of occurrence and its classification extraction, statistical analysis, discuss the disease of common syndromes and drug characteristics.Result:1. were collected in accord with the criterion of literature43, which contains the syndrome differentiation of7references, a single case report card type clear7articles, literature includes37prescription medicine, includes23square,14groups of self;2. literature statistics disease syndrome frequency, frequency in turn is wet (14,17.28%),(14,17.28%) of qi deficiency, blood stasis (14,17.28%), heat (12,14.81%), and (10,12.35%), Yin (10,12.35%), Yang (6,7.41%), blood (1,1.23%).Disease syndrome factor, frequency and frequency specific for the liver (21,33.87%), spleen (16,25.81%), kidney (13,20.97%), bile (6,9.68%), gastric (3,4.84%), network (3,4.84%);3. the disease to fatigue, jaundice, pruritus is a common clinical symptom, frequency, frequency in turn is lack of power (141,58.02%), jaundice (90cases,37.04%), pruritus (n=85,34.98%), and both the mouth, dry eye (n=73,30.04%), abdominal distension (62cases,25.51%), chest pain (n=57,23.46%), pigmentation (n=44,18.11%) and other performance;4.commonly used drug type, frequency and frequency in turn is tonic (33,19.64%), heat clearing drug (33taste,19.64%,(27) removing dampness medicine taste,16.07%), regulating qi (21taste,12.50%), blood (20taste,11.90%), diaphoretic (11,6.55%), and expectorants (11taste,6.55%), carminative (7taste,4.17%,(4) the convergence astringent medicine taste,2.38%);5. in the treatment of PBC frequency, frequency and frequency of drug in wormwood (26,3.58%), white (26,3.58%), tuckahoe (23,3.17%), Salvia (22,3.03%),(22,3.03%) of Radix Astragali, radix paeoniae alba (18,2.48%), Chinese (16,2.20%).The attribution of drug type frequency and frequency in turn is tonic (112,35.56%), blood (72,22.86%), eliminating dampness medicine (63,20%), heat-clearing drugs (41,13.02%), and medicine (27,8.57%).Conclusion:1. the disease common clinical symptoms are fatigue, jaundice, pruritus, export, dry eye, bloating, anorexia, hypochondriac pain, manifestation, lack of specificity, easy misdiagnosis;2. the disease of syndrome elements, Qi deficiency, blood stasis, visible wet heat, stagnation of Qi, yin deficiency syndrome, disease location is as follows:the liver, spleen, kidney, stomach, bladder.The disease pathogenesis is deficiency in the standard, the deficiency of yin deficiency of liver and kidney, spleen and stomach qi to see more, standard to damp heat in liver and gall, humid-heat see more;3. the disease commonly used drugs for the tonic, antipyretic, eliminating dampness medicine, regulating qi, tonifying the liver and kidney, treated by clearing heat and eliminating dampness, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, soothing the liver and regulating qi mainly.
