Clinical Curative Effects Observation Of Tonifying Kidney Clearing Method In Treatment Of Recurrent Ruinary

Objective:Urinary tract infection is a common and frequently-occurring urologic diseases, This study selected recurrent urinary tract infection of patients as a research object, by observing the main symptoms and laboratory indexes in treatment of patients with before and after the treatment, Discussing on Chinese medicine for recurrent urinary tract infection clinical efficacy, elucidated kidney clearing method in the improving of clinical symptoms, improving the clinical cure rate, reducing recurrence rate、improving quality of life etc with therapeutic effect.Method:The60cases met the inclusion criteria for Urinary tract infection were randomly divided into two groups, in which the treatment group30cases, the control group30cases,2week of course treatment, after the end of treatment were analyzed and summarized, according to the main clinical symptoms and signs as well as the main laboratory indexes, of changes in the comparative study before and after treatment, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions evaluated.Result:The treatment group, the total effective rate was90.0%, the clinical cure rate was36.7%,compared to the control group,and the integrated effect of the two groups were compared and the clinical cure rate comparison,were statistically significant, P<0.05Conclusion:Nourishing kidney and clearing method is an effective method to Urinary tract infection, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients and the main laboratory, improve the clinical cure rate, improve the quality of life of patients.
