Objective:This study is aimed to explore the effect of altitude training on athlete aerobic working capacity and objectively evaluate the athletic specialized aerobic ability by statistic analysis of restoring ability of lactic acid after exercise, V02max, oxygen pulse and anaerobic threshold and so on.Methods:(1)6outstanding middle-distance race women players from the BeiJing track team that prepare for the2013national games are selected, at the age of21.27±1.83, height166.33±7.23cm weight51.83±3.37kg with a training period of6.18±1.50year.(2) Training contents:the aerobic endurance training and special speed quality training.(3) Experiment design:The subjects attended a four-week winter training in Yunnan province ChengGongXian altitude training base. With the help of HP professional sport run sets, we select Bruce movement with heart lungs function test scheme Cortex system to test athletes heart lungs function; we use portable blood lactic acid to test lactic acid value every two minutes after exercise including special5000m,10000m special test.(4) Test index:V02max, oxygen pulse VO2max, heart rate, anaerobic threshold and lactic acid value after exercise.(5) Data processing:SPSS17statistical software is used for data processing. Data is showed with average±standard deviation (X±S), matching sample t test before and after the experiment is used to show the difference.Results:(1) Analysis and paired T-test results showed that the relative value to reach the anaerobic threshold oxygen uptake and anaerobic threshold, P<0.05as significant difference in anaerobic threshold time P<0.01into a very significant difference, oxygen uptake is absolutely Although there was no difference in values and anaerobic threshold heart rate, but there is a clear increasing trend, consistent with the findings.(2)6athletes after altitude training, plateau after training than altitude training lactic acid curve obvious right before another.(3) Athletes5000m special scores increase than average before the plateau27s,10000meters special scores increase than the average before plateau by36s. Conclusion:(1)A period of four weeks of altitude training on the maximal oxygen uptake of six athletes relative value, oxygen pulse and anaerobic threshold and other indicators of the impact, the athlete’s aerobic capacity is significantly enhanced.(2)A period of four weeks of altitude training for six athletes after exercise, lactic acid recovery capabilities improve, the study found that blood lactate indicators to assess the changes of athletes aerobic and anaerobic capacity.(3)A period of four weeks of altitude training on the six athletes of5000meters and10,000meters of special athletic performance altitude training can effectively improve the exercise capacity of the women’s middle distance runner.
