Objective: Preliminary analysis of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang MedicalUniversity, and the Xinjiang Autonomous Region People’s Hospital of Nephrology,Chronic kidney disease(CKD) hospitalized adult (≥18years) the incidence of patientswith hypertension and its relationship with age, ethnicity and dialysis, the use ofantihypertensive drugs and blood pressure control situation. Methods: Included in theretrospective study from January2011to July2011in the First Affiliated Hospital ofXinjiang Medical University, and the Xinjiang Autonomous Region People’s Hospital ofNephrology, CKD hospitalized adult (≥18years) were1498cases. Collected into thegroup of patients with demographic data, primary disease, and serological laboratory testsindicators, the application of antihypertensive drugs and blood pressure control. Results:CKD patients with hypertension was67.0%, blood pressure control rate was26.6%(bloodpressure<130/80mmHg). As the disease progresses, the combined rate of hypertensiongradually increased, but blood pressure control rates are gradually reduced as their illnessprogresses. No matter what the cause of CKD disease are associated with varying degreesof hypertension; except for hypertensive nephropathy, diabetic nephropathy in patientswith hypertension and rate, but low blood pressure control. Han CKD patients withhypertension and rate and blood pressure control rates were higher than the Uygur patientswith CKD. Dialysis patients with hypertension and was much higher than the non-dialysispatients with hypertension and rate, blood pressure control rate is lower than thenon-dialysis CKD patients.31.4%of single-drug treatment programs,41.5%two drugscombined with15.9%using three kinds of drug combined with3.5%of the drugcombined with four kinds. Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEI)/angiotensinreceptor blocker (ARB), the highest utilization rate of73.0%; followed by calciumantagonists,67.3%; again for β-blockers22.7%; diuretic The agent was only5.9%. Conclusion: More than65%of CKD patients with hypertension, blood pressure controlrate is still low (26.6%)(130/80mmHg as the standard), the majority of patients withantihypertensive drugs is the single drugs and drug combination, the three-drugcombination and diuretic use minimal.
