Objective:Analysis the prevalence of hypertension with chronic kidney disease patients, and control of hypertension, use of antihypertensive drugs, and risk factors for hypertension. Methods:A retrospective cross-sectional study, collected in March2013-July2013non-dialysis patients related data, who were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, and diagnosed of CKD(with or without hypertension). Analysis the prevalence of hypertension, control rate of hypertension, the use of antihypertensive drugs, as well as the risk factors of hypertension with CKD patients.Results:228cases of CKD patients, the prevalence of hypertension was59.65%(136/228). With the increase of degree of renal damage, prevalence rate of hypertension also will increase, by chi-square test, P<0.05, there were statistical significant.136cases of CKD patients with hypertension, just62cases’blood pressure were controled within standards(BP≦140/90mmHg). Hypertension control rate was45.59%, CKD1period to5, hypertension control rate was46.67%,62.50%,42.42%,43.33%,31.58%, there were no statistically significant difference. Use of antihypertensive drugs:136cases of CKD patients with hypertension, treatment of hypertension was96.32%(131/136). Which one kind, two kinds,3,4,5antihypertensive drug utilization rates were3.7%,31.6%,38.2%,19.1%,6.6%,0.7%. Five classes of antihypertensive drugs are involved. THE highest utilization rate were angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEI) and angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist (ARB), was80.15%(109/136), followed by was calcium antagonist through agent (CCB),63.24%(86/136).64.4%patients choose two or more kinds of antihypertensive drugs. Hypertension risk factors:Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age(OR value2.951,95%CI1.36~16.401),24-hour urinary protein excretion (OR value2.610,95%CI1.075~6.335), GFR (OR value of1.231,95%CI1.231~2.618) for patients with CKD affects blood pressure. Conclusion:CKD patients with a high prevalence of hypertension, poor control rate, should arouse enough attention. ACEI/ARB class of antihypertensive drugs were most widely used. Age, urinary protein, renal dysfunction are risk factors of hypertension with CKD.
