ER, PR, C-erbB-2Expression And Endometrial Cancer Clinical Pathological Factors The Correlation Analysis

Objective: Explore endometrial carcinoma in estrogen receptor (ER) progesterone receptor (PR)and people epidermal growth factor receptor-2(CerbB-2) cancer gene expression and its andendometrial cancer clinical relevance. Methods: Collect in April2009to February2012in xinjiangmedical university hospital affiliated tumor gynecological ward were go to surgery by pathologicaldiagnosis of endometrial cancer98patients as the research object, the detailed record postoperativepathologic material and immunohistochemical study testing endometrial cancer ER, PR, organizationC-erbB-2expression. Results: ER, PR and C-erbB-2of positie were61.2%(60/98),65.3%(64/98),45.9%(45/98). ER, PR in type Ⅰ, Ⅱ endometrial cancer positive express no differences between theorganization, the positive in low differentiation group expression rate was significantly lower than thehigh, medium differentiation groups, and in the two group of the express positive no obviousdifference. In the Ⅰ~phase Ⅱ group of positive expression rate was significantly higher than theⅢ-stage Ⅳ group, with or without lymph node metastasis, muscle layer infiltration of expresspositive no significant differences. C-erbB-2in type Ⅱ endometrial cancer express positive wassignificantly higher than the type Ⅰ, its expression rate rising with the histologic classification isincreasing gradually; With the increase of the muscular layer infiltration depth, lymph nodemetastasis and gradually increasing. Conclusion: ER, PR, C-erbB-2of the expression and theoccurrence of endometrial cancer related to development, testing its expression can be formulated forclinical endometrial cancer treatment scheme to provide important basis.
