Objective: To understand the different nationality occupation of Kazak AutonomousPrefecture of Yili mental health level, distribution characteristics, epidemic regularity andother basic information, to improve the domestic mental health epidemiological data,developed in response to the different national occupation population mental healthinterventions to provide reference. Methods: Use the Symptom check list, the GeneralHealth Questionnair, JSS, Occupation Burnout Questionnaire in Yili Kazakh AutonomousPrefecture of different national occupation population for epidemiological investigation onpsychological health status, job stress and occupation burnout. Using multistage stratifiedrandom cluster sampling method, in5county-level cities of Yili Kazakh AutonomousPrefecture, using random number table, randomly selected Yining city as research area,and in Yining city also use random number table selected2000at the age of18~60yearsold occupation population survey from4communities of4streets, including workers,teachers, civil servants, soldiers, bank clerk and medical personnel. Results:1.theinvestigation questionnaire2000, reclaim effective questionnaire1819, rate of recovery upto90.95%.2.The Symptom check list score is129.55±46.03, positive rate is29.9%; theresults of Symptom check list were compared with the ordinary mode, found insomatization and terrorist factors, higher than the national level; and in obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and psychotic on scoring below thenational level, and has a statistical significance; the different gender of occupationalpopulation in obsessive-compulsive symptoms and depression in two factors withstatistical differences; for the culturally different occupation population, SCL-90mentalhealth scores and factor scores were compared, find culturally different occupationpopulation except in somatization, obsessive compulsive symptoms and depression factorscore was no significant difference in mental health scores, as well as other factors are statistically significant; for the different occupation of population, SCL-90mental healthscores and factor scores were compared, found that different occupation population inmental health scores and the scores of all factors had statistically significant difference;different length of service of occupation population in horror and psychotic havestatistically significant; different income levels of the occupation in psychotic factor hassignificant difference, comparable to that found lower income population in scoring higher;the occupation populationof different nationality and marital status, mental health scoresand factor scores were compared, found in mental health scores and the scores of allfactors are significantly different.3.The supplements of the general health questionnairepositive rate is25.8%.4.The occupation population of different gender comparison ofoccupation stress, frequency of job stress and organizational support to the lack offrequency has statistics difference; the occupation population of different length of servicecomparison of occupation stress, each factor of work stress have significant difference;different occupation groups comparison of occupation stress, each factor of work stresswere statistically significant difference, and medical personnel’s occupation tension getsthe highest score.5. Depending on the different gender of the populations of job burnout,emotional exhaustion and reduction of personal accomplishment has statistics difference;the occupation population of different length of service comparison of job burnout,burnout scores, emotional exhaustion and depersonalization are statistically significantdifferences; the occupation population of different national comparison of job burnout,burnout scores, emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personalaccomplishment there were statistically significant differences; the occupation populationof different cultural level comparison of job burnout, burnout scores, depersonalization,and reduced personal accomplishment there were statistically significant differences;different occupation groups comparison of job burnout, burnout scores, emotionalexhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment there werestatistically significant differences, and medical personnel gets the highest score.6.General health questionnaire screened positive group and negative group comparison ofjob stress and occupation burnout, positive group and negative group in occupation stressand job burnout exists significant difference, prompting positive group and negative groupin occupation stress as well as burnout is different.7.Occupation stress and each factor ofSCL-90has a significant positive correlation, in the three dimensions of occupationburnout, emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and each factor of SCL-90has asignificant positive correlation, and the reduction of personal accomplishment and SCL-90 each factor has a significant negative correlation. Conclusion: The results of Generalhealth questionnaire showed, the proportion of high risk population is25.8%, higher thanother parts of the country (Shanghai, Zhejiang, Guangzhou and other regions);psychological health score of SCL-90is129.55±46.03, the positive rate was29.9%, andin different individual characteristics with different degrees of statistically significantdifferences; Through the mental health level, occupation stress and job burnout relatedanalysis shows: the correlation research, both of the Symptom check list and the generalhealth questionnaire with varying degrees reflect that occupation stress, job burnout andpsychological health have mutual effect; in multivariate linear regression, length of service,work stress index and emotional exhaustion, are the factors of influencing psychologicalhealth.
