| Objective:By the way of observing clinic effect and its safety to cure the dampness bet chronic cervicitis by NO 5 Power, this pape scientifically and systematically summarizes the clinical experience of curing chronic cervicitis with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:Separating 60 patients suffered with chronic cervicitis to two groups randomly as treatment group and controlled group by simple random, and curing with Traditional Chinese medicine of NO 5 power and Seabuckthorn seed oilsuppositorycompoundseparately, For a consecutive 7 day drug treatment,using this drug 3 treatment continurity, then observing curative effect.an area of cervical erosion.the integral of symptoms before and after cure of each group, follow-up visiting the clinic effect.Result:1. Cure rate of chronic cervicitis for the treatment group is 16.7%; Significant Effective rate is 6.67%;Effective rate is 63.3%; Total effective rate is 86.6%; Cure rate for the controlled group is 3.3%; Significant Effective rate is 0%; Effective rate is 36.7%; Total effective rate is 43.3%. There isdistinct difference between two proups (P<0.05)2. Compared with the symptoms before the cure, for both the groups Traditional Chinese medicine’s integral of symptoms decrease more after the cure(P<0.05). And compare the two groups, the treatment group with Traditional Chinese medicine’s integral of symptoms decrease more after cure (P<0.05).3. Adverse reactions and side effevts:no obvious adverse reactions and side effects in both groups during clinical study. All laboratory tests(Three conventional,liver and renal function,ECG) before and after the treatment had no treatment-related abnormalities.Conclusion:Ice yujie suppository could effectivty treat chronic cervicitis and cervical erosion (damp invasion of lower energizer),obviously improve erosion area,onflammation and correlate symptoms,has no side effects and be widely applied. |
