At present, in the preparation of traditional Chinese medicine Pharmacopoeia quality standardization problem did not get settlement, due to the lack of quality standards of Chinese traditional medicine for basic research, caused by an inability to control medicine quality standard.Traditional Chinese medicine composition is very complicated, usually used to thin layer chromatography method because of its precision, accuracy, reproducibility and sensitivity is poor and can not meet the demand of modern traditional Chinese medicine analysis.
