How to depth dig out new knowledge on the base of ancient books digitization to meet demand for clinical and scientific research is an important subject of set before us. It can provide a reliable data material in some traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment.In this study the mining results have also got some new knowledge, such as:"mistreatment" is one of important Wind-warm syndrome causes, rhizome acoritatarinowii-forsythia compatibility can treat damp-warm syndrome, using "bitter, warm"in the treatment of Qiuzao by ancient books and etc.The theory don’t refer to in the researches today,but by analysis, we find they are rationalityand feasibility. So the method of data mining can find somg knowledge which is not mentioned or ignored in ancient Chinese medicine books.
