| In this paper,the Apriori method in data mining method is used to study the traditional Chinese medicine in the ancient Chinese literature of cold-type back pain syndrome.Through the data mining of drug pairs,combined with Chinese Medicine treatment theory,the common use of cold-type back pain syndrome is summarized.Methods:(1)Establish a database on low back pain syndromes using the database of existing ancient diseases in the department;(2)Extract a subset of formulas related to cold-type from the database of general low back pain set;(3)Find out pattern in medication by comparing the prescriptions for cold-type low back pain subset with the prescriptions for general low back pain set,and use data mining methods to identify commonly used drugs for cold-type back pain;(4)According to the theory of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment,organise the cold-type low back pain commonly used drug pairs;(5)Based on the results of the collation,discuss the methods and principles of treatment of cold-type back painResults:(1)Totally 436 prescriptions were collected by the group of general low back pain,and 120 prescriptions are collected in the cold-type low back pain group;(2)There were 31 more frequently used drugs in the cold type low back pain group;(3)There are 85 pairs of commonly used medicines for cold phlegm and low back pain,totaling 70 methods;(4)According to the theories of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment,the commonly used drugs and drugs for cold-type low back pain are treated;the main governing methods can be summarized in eight categories including relieving superficies,warming,moving blood,moving qi,expelling phlegm,expelling wind and replenishment.Conclusion:From the sorted results of the governing methods,it is found that the governing methods is conforming to the theory mentioned about Han Bi(“寒痹”)in the Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》),which confirms the significance of Huangdi Neijing in medical field. |
