Object iveStatistics and Analysis the Chinese prescription medicine, which related with the patients of our hospital diagnosed as upper urinary tract stones during the perioperative, by using of data mining technology. The main purpose of doing so is in order to summarize the features of using traditional Chinese medicine in our department, at the aspects of in general and Heat-Damp syndrome and Qi and blood stasis type and Kidney empty and real. By combination of theory and clinical characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, to explore the Herbal Prescription Laws under the guidance of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, in order to have a more in-depth understanding in the aspects of the upper urinary tract stones in medical treatment.Methods1. Collect the patient clinical data in our department from February 2 015 to February 2016 which meets the inclusion criteria and exclusion cri teria.2. By using of Excel worksheet to record the information included pati ent age, gender, syndromes, prescription medicine and other information; according to the statistics of the Chinese medicine database, then entry c orresponding medicine information in including four gas flavors, Meridian, efficacy and others to create a new database.3. According to clinical Features, by some standards to screen and de al with the data. According to the pre-design, to establish a statistical analysis of the data module match with the mining tools for statistical a nalysis.4. A frequency statistics to appropriate category, by using Operation of Excel worksheet functions.5.To analysis the combination of the drugs in Chinese medicine prescr iption, with the help of statistical software SPSS Statistics 19, includin g the factor analysis and cluster analysis function, by using data mining techniques.Results1. frequency analysis:(1)A total of 249 patients met the inclusion criteria,34 of them were not taking medicine, Chinese medicine use rate of 86.35%; male patients: females 6:5; age patients are mainly concentrated in the 40 to 50 years old, syndrome of dampness-heat ratio of 47.91%.(2)Statistics Total 290 Prescription drugs 76 flavor, different level s of higher frequency of drug research are:Corydalis Rhizoma(Yanhusuo), D ianthi Herba(Qumai), Polygoni Avicularis Herba(Bianxu), Poria(Fuling), Tal cum(Huashi), Desmodii Styracifolii Herba(Guangjinqiancao), Atractylodis Ma crocephalae Rhizoma(Baizhu), Galli gigerii endothelium Corneum(Jineijin), Alismatis Rhizoma(Zexie), Coix Seed(Yiyiren), Pyrrosiae Folium(Shiwei), Te trapanacis Medulla(Tongcao) and others.(3)The potency and efficacy studies higher property IF times are:col d medicine; sweet, bitter, pungent drugs; spleen, stomach, bladder, kidne y, liver, lung, heart medicine; diuresis Shenshi medicine, qi medicine, b lood circulation drugs.2. ConclusionThe use of traditional Chinese medicine theory of the results of this data mining to analyze different aspects and found basically consistent with the clinical characteristics, reflecting the kind of study method in Chinese medicine clinical research in the field of scientific. For such patients on such medication treatment, although all under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory, because of different doctors drug habits and individual differences in some condition changes, there are many similarities and differences in the specific Herbal Prescription. By digging hidden in one of the intrinsic link and Summarizing, including the above mining results can provide a reference for clinical application and provide new ideas in explorating of new drugs and new prescription.
