The Relationship Between IL-10and HSP70and Their Effects On Invasion And Metastasis Of Gastric Cancer Cell | Posted on:2013-10-02 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:F Cao | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2234330374489216 | Subject:Pathology and pathophysiology | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Objective:To investigate whether there is relationship between IL-10and HSP70and their effects on invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer cell.Method:Human gastric cancer cell line SGC7901were divided into6groups: normal control group (group CON); normal control+IL-10group (CONIL-10group); negative control group (NC group); negative control+IL-10group (NCIL-10group); si group (S group); si+IL-10group (SIL-10). NC group is cell line SGC7901which were transfected independent sequences with fluorescence. NCIL-10group is cell line SGC7901which were transfected independent sequences with fluorescence and add IL-10. S group is cell line SGC7901which were transfected HSP70siRNA. SIL-10group is cell line SGC7901which were transfected HSP70siRNA and add IL-10. The amount of IL-10is50ng/ml. HSP70was evaluated by western blot and the ability of invasion and metastasis of cell line SGC7901was analyzed with Transwell and Scratch test. Results:Compared to group CON, the expression of HSP70of CONIL-10was greatly reduced (p<0.05) and the ability of invasion was remarkably enhanced. Compared to normal control group and negative control group, the ability of invasion of cell was markedly enhanced (p<0.01). Conclusion:1、IL-10can decrease the expression of HSP70of gastric cancer cell line SGC79012、IL-10can enhance invasion and metastasis of this gastric cancer cell lines. | Keywords/Search Tags: | il-10, hsp70, gastric cancer, vasion, mastasis | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
