The Expression And Clinical Significance Of AIF,HSP70 And SURVIVIN In Gastric Cancer

Objective To study the expression of AIF, HSP70 and SURVIVIN Protein in Gastric cancer and to study the relationship with development of gastric cancer.Methods Immunohistochemistry staining method was used to examine the expression of AIF, HSP70 and SURVIVIN Protein in 60 gastric cancer and 60 normal gastric tissue.Results The score of AIF, HSP70 and SURVIVIN Protein in Gastric cancer compared with normal gastric tissue there was significant difference (P<0.01). The score of AIF, HSP70 and SURVIVIN Protein in different age and opposite sexes there was no significant difference (P>0.05). The score of AIF in different stage, whether transfer and different tumor cell differentiation degree there was no significant difference (P>0.05). The score of HSP70 in stageⅡand stageⅢof Gastric cancer compared with stageⅠthere was significant difference(P<0.05). The score of SURVIVIN Protein in stageⅢof Gastric cancer compared with stageⅠthere was significant difference (P<0.05). The score of HSP70 Protein in poor differentiated carcinoma compared with highly differentiated carcinoma there was significant difference (P<0.05). The score of SURVIVIN Protein in poor differentiated carcinoma compared with highly differentiated carcinoma was no significant difference (P>0.05). The score of HSP70 and SURVIVIN Protein in lymph metastases group compared with no lymph metastases group there was significant difference(P<0.05). AIF and SURVIVIN protein were medium relatedness (r=0.520). AIF and HSP70 protein were medium relatedness (r=0.568). HSP70 and SURVIVIN protein were height relatedness (r=0.772).Conclusion It is valuable of combined measurement AIF,HSP70 And SURVIVIN Protein to detect the malignant degree and metastasis of Gastric cancer.
