Study On The Expression Of HSP70, ICAM-1, STAT4 In Gastric Cancer And The Relationship Between Clinical Sing And Their Expression.

Objective:To investigate the expression of HSP70,ICAM-1,STAT4 in gastric cancer and the relationship between clinical sing and their expression.Method:The expression of HSP70,ICAM-1,STAT4 were investigated by immunohistochemistry in 60 gastric cancer patients and 15 cases of normal tissue.Result:1)The positive frequency of expression of HSP70,ICAM-1,STAT4 in 60 cases of tissues with gastric cancer was 35.0%(21/60),51.7%(31/60),31.7%(19/60).And the expression of those in normal tissues was 0%(0/15),7.1%(1/15),0%(0/15).There is difference between clinical sings and the expression(P＜0.05);2)The positive frequency of expression of HSP 70 in 60 different degree cases of tissues(high,middle,low) with gastric cancer was 18.23%,25.0%, 57.1%.There is difference between clinical sings and the expression(P＜0.05).The positive frequency of expression of ICAM-1 in 60 different degree cases of tissues(high, middle,low) with gastric cancer was45.5%,32.1%,81.0%.There is difference between clinical sings and the expression(P＜0.05).The positive frequency of expression of STAT4 in 60 different degree cases of tissues(high,middle,low) with gastric cancer was36.4%,10.7%,66.7%.There is difference between clinical sings and the expression (P＜0.05);3)The positive frequency of expression of HSP70 in 60 cases with or without lymph-node metastases of gastric cancer was47.4%,29.3%.There is no difference between clinical sings and the expression(P＞0.05).The positive frequency of expression of ICAM-1 in 60 cases with or without lymph-node metastases of gastric cancer was 73.7%,41.5%.There is difference between clinical sings and the expression(P＜0.05). The positive frequency of expression of STAT4 in 60 cases with or without lymph-node metastases of gastric cancer was 42.1%,26.6%.There is no difference between clinical sings and the expression(P＞0.05).Compared with non-gastric cancer,the expression of HSP70,ICAM-1,STAT4 in gastric cancer were significantly higher,which were associated with clinical pathology,lymph-node metastases and TNM stage.Conclusion: The up-regulation of HSP70,ICAM-1,STAT4 may reflect tumor occurrence and ICAM-1 may reflect tumor metastasis,and may be clinically useful.
