The Observation Of Clinical Effect Of Tuina Therapy With Purging Heat And Removing Stagnation To Treat Pedo-dyspoira Disease In Type Of Syndrome Of Excessive Heat In Intestine

Objective: This study is to observe the difference curative effect between tuinatherapy and Wangshi Baochi pills in treating pedo-dysporia in type of syndrome ofexcessive heat in intestine, and to objectively evaluate the curative effects of tuina therapyin treating pedo-dysporia and provide objective evidence for clinical treatment.Methods:64pedo-dysporia patients, in type of syndrome of excessive heat inintestine, were randomly divided into treatment and control group,32cases in each group.The treatment group was treated by massage therapy with purging heat and removingstagnation method. The control group was treated with Wangshi Baochi pills.Results: In treatment group, the comprehensive overall curative effect rate and cureeffect of were100%and34.4%. In control group, the comprehensive overall curativeeffect rate and cure effect were86.7%and15.6%. There was a significant difference incurative effect and cure rate between the two groups (P<0.05), treatment group is superiorto control group. The scores of the frequency of defecate, abdominal distension and painsand hemafecia, and so on had a significant difference (P<0.05) between two groups, Thescores of difficulty of defecate and reddened tongue with yellow sticky had no significantdifference (P>0.05) between two groups.Conclusion: Treating pedo-dysporia, in type of syndrome of excessive heat inintestine, with Wangshi Baochi pills and tuina therapy with purging heat and removingstagnation method has exact curative effects, but the curative effect and cure rate oftreatment are superior to control group. It is worth extending the use of tuina.
