Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of purging and resolving plegm and removing stasis therapy combined with surgery operation to cure hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with phlegm-heat and fu-organ sthenia syndromeMethods: On the base of the setted inclusion criteria, using the random number table method,60 cases of dialectical to hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients with phlegm-heat and fu-organ sthenia syndrome were devided into two groups, the combination therapy group and western medicine group. The hematoma were removed within 24 hours after the onset of illness for all patients. The western medicine group were given conventional western medicine treatment after operation, while the combination therapy group were given Chinese medicine treatment on the third postoperative day on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment. The treatment of two groups lasted 22 days. The differences of GCS score, clinical nerve deficiency scale, residual hematoma volumes and TCM syndrome scoring were observed at different periods after operation. The statistical method was used for the data obtained in the tests, and SPSS19.0 statistical software were used for data processing.Observation medicine in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after clinical improvement.Statistical data analysis that we used the data spass 18.0 edition software for processing.Results:(1)The comparison of the two groups of patients' general information: adapting chi-square test,t-test and rank sum test analyzed the two groups of patients' gender,age,co-morbidity or past history of illness. The results showed no significant difference between the two groups and were comparable(P> 0.05).(2)The comparison of clinical nerve deficiency scale, residual hematoma volumes and TCM syndrome scoring before and after operation for both groups showed significant differences(P <0.05).(3)Compared with western medicine group, the reduction of neurological deficit scores of combination therapy group at 7,14,21 days all showed significant differences(P <0.05).(4)Compared with western medicine group, the volumes of intracranial hematoma of combination therapy group at 7,14 days showed significant differences(P <0.05).However,the volumes of intracranial hematoma between western medicine group and combination therapy group at 21 days after operation showed no significant difference(P> 0.05).(5)Compared with Western medicine group, combination therapy group had a clear advantage in improving the symptom score(P <0.05).Conclusion:(1)Compared with western medicine group, the combination therapy group had obvious advantages in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with phlegm-heat and fu-organ sthenia syndrome.(2)In aspects of improving neurological deficit scores and TCM score, the combination therapy group had obvious advantages compared with western medicine group.(3)In terms of absorption of hematoma, the combination therapy group had great advantages at the early stage but no obvious advantage at the later stage.
