Objective:To observe Antifebrile timeliness effect of massage and blood-letting atda-zhui on children patient of exogenous heat syndrome(wind-heat type).Mthods:According to the standards of the research,choose60children patient ofexogenous heat syndrome(wind-heat type).Divided them into two groups:the treatmentgroup and the control group.Each group contained30cases..The treatment group wastreated by tuina therapy and blood-letting at da-zhui. and the control group was treated bytuina therapy.Record the temperature of five minutes before treatment,half hour aftertreatment,one hour after treatment,two hour after treatment and four hour after treatment.compare thetemperature of before and half hour after treatment to observe immediate curativeeffect.Result:The curative effect of two group have no obvious difference(P>0.05).Butfor the high fever children,the curative effect of two group have a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:The curative effect of two group is fundamentally the same for low heatand medium heat children.But for the high fever children,the curative effect of treatmentgroup is better than the control group.
