Survey Of Shandong Province Chinese Medicine Analysis

Objective: By the investigation of the present development situation of traditional Chinesemedical treatment in Shandong province, this paper tries to make a deep analysis of the factors whichinfluence and restrains the development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), explore the measureswhich can speed up the development of traditional Chinese medical treatment, propose suggestions ondeveloping the advantage of traditional Chinese medical treatment, improving the service ability ofTCM and promoting the development of TCM. Besides, this paper aims at providing references for thehealth administrations, especially the managements of TCM on making polices which will promote thedevelopment of TCM.Method: In the way of the combination of full survey, sampling survey, literature retrieval,colloquia and discussion, this paper makes full understanding and analysis of the establishment ofmedical institutions, the personnel team, the service abilities of traditional Chinese medical treatment inShandong province. Then, by the method of contrast analysis, the author finds out the problems andweakness in the development of traditional Chinese medical treatment and proposes countermeasuresfor its improvement.Conclusion: With obvious advantages and striking effects, traditional Chinese medicaltreatment plays an important rule in ensuring the health of the public, so it has vast developmentprospect. However, there are many difficulties and problems in front of TCM which restricts itsdevelopment and hinder it playing better and bigger role.In order to develop the traditional Chinese medical treatment, we must actively strive for thefinancial and policy support from the government, effectively solve the problems in the aspects ofsystem construction, talents training, System and Mechanism, etc. To gain the acceptance of the public,we also need to exert the traditional Chinese medical treatment’s advantages of simpleness, convenience,effectiveness and cheapness.
