survey,reflect their health needs,understand the elderly cognitive situation of the project,also the situation of requirement and utilization of the project,and to investigate the satisfaction of the elderly,summarize the concrete application situation of traditional Chinese medicine constitution project,explore the influencing factors of the project promotion,in order to provide scientific basis for the implementation of the project promotion.Methods1.First of all,on the basis of policy research,analyze the policies and documents,sorting and extracting related information of traditional Chinese medicine constitution project.2.Selecting the sample area of national characteristics of Chinese medicine community health services demonstration area,that is Hangzhou Gongshu district,extracting the three health service communities as location of the survey,including Mishi,Daguan,Shangtang alley.take the community residents over the age of 60 as the research object,Handing out questionnaire named" questionnaire of the traditional Chinese medicine constitution in the elderly based on the basic public health services".Data mainly adopts descriptive methods and proportion.Focuses on the analysis of the prevalence of chronic diseases to understand health status of the community inhabitants,demand and utilization of traditional Chinese medicine constitution project,and satisfaction of the project.According to these dates to make the statistical description.3.Combined with the theory of the basic public health services,the theory of the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine,analysis of effect of the implementation of the project,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for its further promotion.Results1.Prevalence rate of chronic diseases is in a high situation(76.1%),related factors including:age,culture level,living conditions,self health satisfaction.2.The elderly has a high degree of cognitive of TCM in the sample area,but recognition of traditional Chinese medicine health management service needs to be improved.The rate of recognition of the project is 58.3%,also 56.8%of the elderly knows that the project is provided by community hospital gratis.3.Traditional Chinese medicine constitution project’s implementation effect needs to be promoted,Participation rate for the elderly is 51.0%,meet the requirements of the national basic public health services.Related factors of the utilization including:culture level,living condition,marital status,exercise frequency,cognitive situation of the TCM and the traditional Chinese medicine constitution project.4.72.1%of the elderly agreed the project has certain effect,and have requirements to it,related factors of the demand including:Gender,culture level,living status,marital status,exercise frequency,economic conditions,chronic disease prevalence,self health satisfaction and cognitive situation of the TCM and the traditional Chinese medicine constitution project,whether awarded the project is for free also has been an important affecting factor.5.Traditional Chinese medicine constitution project has a higher degree of satisfaction,related factors including:economic conditions,cognitive situation of the TCM and the traditional Chinese medicine constitution project,conscious of their constitution and the demand of the project.In the satisfaction evaluation for community hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine service,attitude,environment,the care and respect for the patient have gained a higher score,the satisfaction of the reliability of medical treat scheme and the medical level need to be improved.The satisfaction evaluation for community hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine service will influenced the overall evaluation of TCM health management service among the elderly,effect of service,care and respect for the patient,service process of traditional Chinese medicine have a significant impact on the overall evaluation of TCM health management service.Conclusion1.The elderly health status is not optimistic,chronic diseases is still a major factor,it is important to improve the bad living habits,to prevent and control of chronic diseases,traditional Chinese medicine constitution project can help a lot.By integrating resources,forming perfect efficient health the whole management operation mechanism,can lay solid
