local bureaus to inspect drug manufacturers and put the report results online not regularly.The quality of TCM decides the result of the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,for their own characteristics like the excess moisture content,temperature and humidity,it will be damaged by worms,mildew and other bad phenomenon during the processing,transportation and storage process,the?Pharmacopoeia of People's Republic of China?just explicitly stipulate some individual TCM plants and Marine organisms for heavy metal content detection,however,the majority of hospital pharmacies still use traditional methods for accepting,there is nearly no qualitative analysis for TCM,This article through the questionnaire method to explore the hospital currently TCM quality problems,through the water content,heavy metal content detection TCM quality empirical analysis,and put forward reasonable Suggestions for Chinese medicine TCM quality guarantee.[Objective]We will promote the standardization and institutionalization of the quality of traditional Chinese medicine by hospitals and government agencies,so as to ensure the quality of TCM and ensure the safety of medicines.To test the content of water content and heavy metal content of the Chinese traditional Chinese medicine,and verify that the quality of the tablets is qualified.Through comparative analysis,the selection of fast and sensitive test instruments is used in daily inspection and acceptance.[Method]Statistics 2012-2012 were retrospectively analyzed in tertiary hospital,on the basis of TCM pharmacy TCM quality problem happened,choose different levels of hospital pharmacy,Nanjing to investigation and study,Chinese medicine TCM quality problems in TCM quality influence factors in the process of circulation of pharmacy in hospital as a key part,ask the major Chinese medical pharmacists in the hospital to talk about the quality problems such as maintenance,management status and evaluation;For easy to cat by moth and mildew 63 kinds of Chinese medicine TCM in 2015 edition of "pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China" regulation TCM standard moisture content,drying method,for comparison,using rapid moisture detector(YHT01,MD7822,MB25),respectively,to random sampling of 63 kinds of TCM testing water content;In this paper,58 kinds of TCM tablets of different medicinal sites were randomly selected,and AAS were used to detect the contents of copper,cadmium,lead,mercury and arsenic in Chinese traditional Chinese medicine.[Result](1)In this survey,168 questionnaires were issued,168 were recycled,and the effective questionnaires were 152,and the effective rate was 90.47%.Through the analysis found that the Nanjing area hospital pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine,bucket,acceptance and maintenance of quality influence factors analysis,easy to eat by moth,mildew)of TCM variety analysis,problem,hair interpretation of processing measure on TCM quality assurance has a strong positive effect.The hardware facilities of each hospital,the Chinese medicine personnel is equipped,the management level is more advanced,(2)There was no significant difference between the water content detection results of traditional Chinese medicine(P>0.05)by statistical analysis,drying method and three water test instruments.YHT01 is suitable for instruments to quickly detect the moisture content of TCM.(3)According to the content of heavy metal standard rules,adopting the reliable and accurate detection method of 58 kinds of random to heavy metal content detection of traditional Chinese medicine TCM,the determination of heavy metal copper,cadmium,lead,mercury,arsenic content are below the prescribed standard,However,the content of copper in root and rhizome,such as Huanglian,xiangfu and Huzhang,is close to the limiting value.The content of copper in prompt the enrichment of different administration site may be different kinds of heavy metals.[Conclusion]Hospital pharmacy of TCM procurement,acceptance and maintenance,can experience through traditional methods and modern testing instrument for the combination of Chinese medicine TCM,scientific management,guarantee the quality of slices,thus to ensure the safety of clinical medication.
