Objective: To study the therapeutical effect of the drinking of Zi-shen-ning-xin onperipheral menopause syndrome(PMS), and to explore its action mechanism.Methods: We selected60patients with PMS, observed the clinical symptoms’improvement after treatment and detect the concentration of E2、FSH、LH、β-EP、LPO、IL-2、CT、PTH in the blood.Results: The clinical symptoms are significantly improved and the clinical totalefficiency is96.67%.The improvement of Kupperman scores is very significant (P<0.01).After treatment, the concentration of FSH, LH in the blood is lowered, while theconcentration of E2in the blood is raised (P<0.05). The concentration of β-EP、CT、IL-2is significantly evaluated after treatment, while the LPO、 PTH are remarkablyreduced(P<0.05).Conclusions: Zi-shen-ning-xin on peri-menopausal period of liver syndrome hasgood therapeutic effect, Can effectively relieve sometimes hot flashes sweated, upset andthe restless, insomnia,heart palpitations,forgetfulness,dreaminess and other menopausalsymptoms, its effect may be achieved by correcting the disorder from the whole of theneuroendocrine,strengthen the immune system and anti-free radical. It is a validprescription for the treatment of menopause climacteric syndrome.
