Curative Effect Analtic Arthirtis Based On Ysis Of Psoriacombination Of Disease And Syndrome Differentiation

Objective: To evaluate curative effect of prescription based on combination ofdisease and syndrome differentiation, symptoms, signs and curative effects were comparedbetween patients with psoriatic arthritis (PsA) in the two groups. Methods: Indexes ofAmerican College of Rheumatology (ACR) were choosed to evaluate arthritic effect, whilePsoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) and Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) toevaluate psoriatic rash. After three months, decreases in TCM quantitative scores, ACRindexes, PASI and DLQI were analyzed in40PsA patients, who were equally assigned toexperimental group with TCM prescription and control group with methotrexate. Thenumber of responders to20%improvement of ACR indexes (ACR20) and50%improvement of PASI (PASI50) was compared in the two groups. Results: There werestatistical differences between the two groups on proportion of patients who get a reductiveTCM quantitative score on scale (P＜0.05), and significant statistical differences onproportion of patients who get a score on thirst (P＜0.01). There were statisticaldifferences on scores on the patients’ pain on the visual analogue scale (VAS) and theHealth Assessment Questionnaire (HAQ)(P＜0.05). Conclusions: Combination of diseaseand syndrome differentiation is a correct method of PsA, whose prescription has a goodeffect on psoriatic arthritis and rash.
