Objective: through clinical observation, study and discussion in treatmentof chronic heart failure(CHF) disease, if the effect of experimental grou--Yang Xin Shu Mai Decoction which uses ‘Both Wenyang and Ziyin’ method willbe obviously better than the control group---Li Qiang Xin Capsule which uses‘Wenyang Only’ method.Methods:60patients with CHF were randomly dividedinto the experimental group30cases, and they will be given Yangxin Shu Maidecoction combined with routine western medicine therapy. At the sametime,the other30cases of the control group will be given Qi Li Qiang XinCapsule combined with routine western medicine therapy also.The course oftreatment is14days.To observe the change between the two groups in clinicalsymptoms and laboratory test indexes. Results:After the clinicalobservation, experimental group’ treatment scheme can strongly improvepatients’ heart function,reduce renin activity (PRA),angiotensinII (AngII)and aldosterone(ALD) concentration of the RAAS system. At the sametime,improve syndrome of Traditional Chinese Mdecine(TCM),improve thenumerical value of Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction(LVEF) and change theNYHA heart function classification. After statistics analysis, it’s clearthat the effects of two groups have significant difference, which means theresults have statistical significance. Conclusion: Yang Xin Shu Mai Decoctionhas great effect upon improving CHF patients’ heart function and inhibitingthe activity of the RAAS system. This study compares and proves the curative effect of ‘Both Wenyang and Ziyin’ method, and enrich the theory ofapplication of TCM in the treatment of CHF.
