Clinical Study Of Jieyu Huoxue Method In Treatment Of CHD And Anxiety

Objective:1.To explore effective ways of TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine) intreatment of CHD(Coronary Heart Disease) and Anxiety.2. Observe the effect of Jieyuhuoxue method in treatment of CHD and Anxiety.Methods:1.Select CHD and Anxiety patients come from inpatient and outpatient ofChinese medicine hospital in Shandong provence from November2010to March2012.Anxiety symptoms, Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) score14points frequency, andscreened CHD patients with anxiety symptoms60cases.All patients are rondomly devidedinto two groups:30in the treatment group and30in the control group.They are scored byChinese symptom scale and HAMA scale before and after treatment.2. All the patientsreceived secondary prevention of CHD (anticoagulation, crown expansion, antiplatelet,lipid-lowering) therapy and general psychological intervention, treatment group receivedthe added services of Chinese medicine Jieyu huoxue soup, twice a day, after the meal andbreakfast, The control group in accepting the secondary prevention of CHD andpsychological intervention on the basis of the taking of Xin Ke Shu tablets andAlprazolam,four weeks for a course. Observe reliviation of depression and Chinesesymptoms.3. Use SPSS17.0for statistical analysis.Results:1.Anxiety: The patients in two groups were improved in Anxiety, the controlrate of treatment group is10%, total effective rate is93.33%, there are significantdifferences between the two groups (P <0.01).2.The Chinese symptoms: the control rate oftreatment group is16.67%, effective rate is93.33%.3. The comparison among the mainChinese symptoms: the patients in treatment group have significant improvements in: chestpain, chest tightness, the two threatened fullness, dizzy, upset impatience, dry throat andmouth bitter insomnia, insomnia symptoms,urine yellow, constipation, tongue dark red moss white or yellow than the control group; Comparision in group: chest pain, chesttightness, the two threatened fullness, suffocation, upset impatience, dry throat and mouthbitter insomnia, insomnia symptoms are obvious than the others.4. Adverse Reactions:without any adverse reactions.Conclusion：1. The psychological treatment of anxiety have a certain degree of ease.2.Chinese soup Jieyu huoxue can relieve anxiety in patients with CHD and Anxiety.3. Jieyuhuoxue soup for CHD patients with Anxiety is effective and safe.
