Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Huoxue Jieyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Depression After Ischemic Stroke With Deficiency Of Qi And Blood Stasis

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Jieyu Decoction on depression after ischemic stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Material and method:According to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,60 patients withdepression after ischemic stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis type were collected from outpatient of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital from March 2018 to September 2019.Then they were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the experimental group and the control group.The patients in both groups were given routine treatment measures such as improving circulation,nourishing brain cells,controlling blood pressure,blood sugar,blood lipid,anti infection,preventing complications and early rehabilitation treatment.On this basis,the experimental group was given Yiqi Huoxue Jieyu Decoction(Huangqi 30 g,Danshen 15 g,Danggui 15 g,Chuanxiong 10 g,Dilong10g,Taoren 10 g,Honghua 10 g,Chaihu 10 g,Yujin 15 g,paeony 10 g,Poria 15 g,Baizhu 10 g,Chenpi 10 g,Sangzhi 10 g,Niuxi 15 g,jixueteng 25 g,Zhigancao 6g).The control group was given escitalopram oxalate tablets(lespar)for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),NIHSS,ADL and TCM syndrome score were used to evaluate the clinical effect of the patients.SPSS 23 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.P<0.05 showed statistical difference.Results:1.There was no significant difference in HAMD score,NIHSS score,ALD score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),suggesting that the two groups of patients have comparability.2.The HAMD score,NIHSS score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the ALD score was higher than those before treatment(P <0.05 or P < 0.01).,suggesting that the depression,neurological deficit,TCM syndromes and activities of daily life of the two groups were improved,and the experimental group was better than the control group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).3.The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.01),suggesting that the clinical effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.01),suggesting that the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P >0.01),suggesting that the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Yiqi Huoxue Jieyu Decoction can effectively improve the degree of depression,the degree of neurological deficit,the ability of daily life and TCM syndromes in patients with depression after ischemic stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and improve the clinical effect,and the effect is better than escitalopram oxalate tablets2.Yiqi Huoxue Jieyu Decoction can obviously improve the curative effect of TCM syndrome,depression degree and nerve function defect.3.Yiqi Huoxue Jieyu Decoction is more safe and reliable in the treatment of depression after ischemic stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and has more advantages and clinical practical value.
