Professor Chen Suning Used Qingxuan Jieyu Decoction To Treat Hypertension With Anxiety And Depression

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Qingxuan Jieyu Decoction in treatment of hypertensive patients with anxiety and depression,and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of the disease.Materials and methods: according to the principle of randomization,60 cases according to the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group used conventional therapy in the treatment of hypertension,the treatment group was added with Qingxuan Jieyu Decoction in treating group based on the 2 week course.Observation of patients with blood pressure changes after the end of treatment,the degree of vertigo grading score,patients with depression self rating scale(SDS)score,self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the scores were statistically analyzed,in order to objectively judge the clinical curative effect of Qingxuan Jieyu decoction.Results:1.Numerical changes in patients before and after the treatment of blood pressure: high blood pressure efficacy compared to control group effective rate of 93.3% in both groups,the treatment group effective rate was 96.7%,the blood pressure value contrast is similar between the two groups have no significant meaning(P>0.05),shows that two groups of treatment are effective for patients with high blood pressure.2.The treatment group after the treatment of dizziness score curative effect index,effective rate was 96.7%,the control efficiency score curative effect index,effective rate was 90.0%,two groups of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in patients with vertigo score there was no significant difference comparing the significance(P>0.05),showed the treatment to two groups of patients with symptoms of dizziness and status has improved,but the treatment group was slightly better than the control group.3.The SDS and SAS scores of the treatment group significantly decreased after the end of the treatment course(P < 0.05);Control group before and after treatment of SDS,SAS,no significant change(P > 0.05),treatment group on the basis of effective treatment for high blood pressure,improve the patient's anxiety depression,said the Ming and qing dynasties anti-dazzle resolve depression soup treating hypertension combined anxiety depression patient curative effect is remarkable.Conclusion:1.Qingxuan jieyu decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with hypertension and anxiety and depression2.Qingxuan jieyu decoction has good safety in treating hypertension with anxiety and depression...
