| Objective: According to Chinese medicine theory underlying virus， Use ofprescription for gout With heat clearing and detoxicating, removing dampness Xiezhuomethod in treatment of chronic gouty arthritis，Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacyand safety，Discussion of Chinese medicine treatment of gout in chronic phase method.Methods: Patients were randomly assigned into two groups,33in the treated grouptreated with Chinese and western medicine comprehensive treatment and31in the controlgroup treated with western treatment. After treating6weeks we observed the varieties ofindexes.Results:1.The two groups before treatment of uric acid in the blood, symptoms andsigns integral and duration of illness were no statistical difference.2.Traditional Chinesemedicine groups before and after treatment, serum uric acid, integral comparison ofsymptoms and signs.3.The traditional Chinese medicine group and control group inreducing blood uric acid index has no obvious statistical difference.4.Chinese medicinegroup in improving symptoms and signs of superior to the control group;5.Chinesemedicine group in the comprehensive curative effect obviously superior to the controlgroup;6.Two groups in the rate of adverse reation compared with no statistical difference.Conclusion: Through clinical observation, two groups of drugs were on chronicgouty arthritis with obvious therapeutic effect.The traditional Chinese medicine group andcontrol group of patients with clinical symptoms and uric acid values than before treatmenthave improved significantly. Traditional Chinese medicine groups in symptoms and signs,the comprehensive curative effect is obviously superior to the control group. The twogroups of patients in the safety aspects of equivalent effect. |
