| Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect and mechanism of Liqi HuoxueDecoction on unstable angina pectoris. Methods: from the Affiliated Hospital of ShandongUniversity of Traditional Chinese Medicine emergency ward and outpatient collection withunstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease diagnosis standard of patients, these60patients, according to a randomized grouping principle, divided into2groups.30cases inthe control group were given conventional western medicine treatment;, treatment group30cases, in conventional western medicine treatment based on the clothing of regulating qiand activating blood circulation method, one day one agent, and two times cent is taken,4weeks after the clinical efficacy evaluation. Respectively before and after the treatmentline of electrocardiogram and blood, urine, stool, blood flow, blood lipid, hepatic, renaland other laboratory tests, before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms,signs, electrocardiogram and blood lipid of comprehensive analysis, and evaluation of itsefficacy and safety. Results: After4weeks’ treatment, through the clinical observationshowed: the treatment group in improving patients with syndrome of traditional Chinesemedicine, improve patients’ quality of life and other aspects are better than the controlgroup(P <0.01or P <0.05). Conclusion: That combine Liqi Huoxue Decoction withconventional western Medicine therapy, on coronary heart disease, unstable angina pectorisqi stagnation and blood stasis type has a notable curative effect. |
