The Shen Xiong Yi Xin Decoction Of The Clinical Observation In The Treatment Of Unstable Angina And Effects On CRP, HCY And Lipid

Objective:Observation Shen Xiong Yi Xin Decoction treating UA patients with Qi deficiency and Blood stasis type of clinical curative effect,and the influence of HCY,CRP,Blood lipids in the blood,the preliminary discussion Shen Xiong Yi Xin Decoction mechanism and curative effect for the treatment of UA.Methods:Will conform to the standards of UA and 60 patients with syndrome differen:tiation of TCM belongs to Qi deficiency and Blood stasis type,and 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group on the basis of western medicine combined with Shen Xiong Yi Xin Decoction,angina onset sublingual including taking nitroglycerin 0.5mg, course of treatment for 2 weeks,observed treatment effect after treatment.Results:1.Angina pectoris curative effect:treatment group total effective rate was 90%,70% better than that of control group,two groups have significant difference (p<0.05).2.Syndromes curative effect:treatment group total effective rate was 90%, 63.33% better than that of control group,two groups have significant difference (p<0.05).3.The Chinese medicine symptom integral:symptoms integral also had an improved in both groups,the treatment group is better than that of control group (p<0.01).4.The electrocardiogram:treatment group total effective rate was 93.33%, 63.33% better than that of control group,two groups have significant difference (p<0.05).5.Nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate:the treatment group stop the reduction rate was 83.33%,50% better than that of control group,two groups have significant difference(p<0.05).6.Homocysteine:comparison before and after the treatment are improving, the two groups was statistically significant (p<0.01);And the treatment group after treatment compared with control group improved significantly,with statistical significance (p<0.01).7.C-reactive protein:comparison before and after the treatment are improving,the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.01);And the treatment group after treatment compared with control group improved significantly, with statistical significance(p<0.01).8.Blood lipids:two groups after treatment the levels of TG,TC,LDL-C down,compared with before treatment with significant meaning(p<0.05),the control level of HDL-C than before treatment had no significant difference (p>0.05),treatment group HDL-C level increased before treatment,has the significant significance(p<0.01). Treatment group after treatment of TG,TC,LDL-C level drop is greater than the control group(p<0.05),the treatment group and control group there was no significant increase HDL-C level significance(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.Shen Xiong Yi Xin Decoction can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with angina pectoris,TCM symptoms and reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin;2.Shen Xiong Yi Xin Decoction on patients can improve the electrocardiogram;3.Shen Xiong Yi Xin Decoction can significantly reduce the patients’ HCY,TC,TG,LDL-C and CRP levels.
