Tangmaitong’s Clinical Interventions On Prevention And Cure Function To Early Lower-extremity Arterial Disease

Objective:Through the observation of Tangmaitong’s clinical interventions on prevention and cure function to early lower-extremity arterial disease, and to explore its mechanism.Method:Using the method a randomized, controlled, 104 patients were randomly divided into treatment group, control group, 53 cases in treatment group, 51 cases in the control group, each group based on blood glucose control situation, Chinese medi cine treatment group use the Tangmaitong’s water decoction 150 ml each time, 2 tim es a day, acupuncture, auricular pressure therapy; the control group of Western Medi cine with cilostazol, usage and dosage: 50~100mg P.O BID, using the method of clinic al observation, the observation time was 8 weeks, the efficacy index: blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipid, blood viscosity, whole blood Bigaoqie than low s hear viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, ankle brachial index, intermittent claudic ation distance, limb elevation experiment, clinical symptoms; safety indicators: heigh t, weight, heart rate, blood pressure, blood, urine, and general project; then the t hree conventional, liver and renal function.Result: The clinical observation and statistical analysis shows that, after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group in improvement of clinical symptoms, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipid, blood rheology and so on laboratory index, ankle brachial index auxiliary examination index was significantly better than the control group, and P < 0.05, statistical significance and treatment before and after blood, urine, stool three conventional, liver function, renal function had no abnormal changes.Conclusion:Tang Mai Tong Fang in the treatment of early diabetic lower extremity vascular disease, and with a variety of comprehensive intervention measures can effectively improve the patient’s symptoms and signs, as well as the indexes of blood glucose, blood lipid, blood rheology and at the same time can be significantly improved in patients with ankle brachial index and the distance of intermittent claudication and leg raising test time. And the clinical study showed that Tang Mai Tong based comprehensive intervention curative effect is obviously superior to the western medicine control group, and the safety of good, can maximum ease progression of early diabetic lower extremity vascular disease, it is worth further study and promotion.
