Objective To analyze the aim of psychological support for ectopic pregnancy patients with comparing their state of depression and anxiety leve and relationship of Personality traits. Methods Eighty ectopic pregnancy patients who corresponded with entering standards were tested with anxiety depression seale. Eysenck Personality Questionnaire.Symptom checklist‐90.Social and Support Rating Scale,compareing with sixty early pregnancy women in the Outpatient Clinic at the same period. The SPSS16.0software were used for statistical analysis. Results①The average of depression is36.86±7.51.The average of depression is41.13±8.73,compared with the control group have statistical significance(P<0.05). The anxiety depression influence factors of the patients are marital statusa and having fertility requirements(P<0.05).The different treatments did not have statistically significant.②EPQ results showed that P points comparing with the control group was statistically significant.③The dimension E showed the correlation between personality traits and anxiety depression(P<0.05).④Mental health showed that patients with ectopic pregnancy in the body、anxiety、terror and other factors had statistically significant (P <0.05);Among them, the body symptoms had significant different (P <0.01); The rest of the factors did not have statistically significant. The personality characteristics to the spirit of the mass, N and P were positively related with mental health score factors, E and P overall score were negatively correlated factors, from related coefficient to see N and mental health each factor, the relevance of the total score higher than P and E.⑤Ectopic pregnancy patients compared with the control group have statistical significance in social support status.(P <0.05); the utilization of support degree had statistical significance.(P <0.05); In the subjective support and the objective support groups did not have statistically significant. Social support and the mental health level the correlation analysis shows that: the utilization of support degree was negatively correlated with the depression factors (p <0.05), were significant negative correlated paranoid and body symptoms.(p <0.01).Conclusion Pay attention to the psychological state of ectopic pregnancy patients and releive their psychological stress for improving their complicance of treatment rate.
