Objective:Through the observation of double needle and acupuncture treatment of stroke after lower limb muscle tension symptoms clinical efficacy, in contrast to conventional acupuncture, in order to explore the method of treating the symptoms of muscle tension mechanism for acupuncture, stroke after lower limb muscle tension to provide effective symptom treatment method.Methods:60cases of lower extremity muscle spasticity after stroke were randomly divided into2groups,30cases in the treatment group,30cases in the control group. The treatment group takes double needle and barbed limbs of1points,2points of antagonistic antagonistic; the control group was treated with routine acupuncture (namely takes the paretic limb Yanglingquan, Zusanli, yinlingquan, Sanyinjiao, Taichong). Comparing the two groups before and after treatment efficacy and Ashworth evaluation of lower extremity muscle tension, the improvement of the therapy were compared, the clinical curative effect observed.Results:Comparison of curative effect of two groups, the treatment group total effective rate was76.67%in control group, the total efficiency of53.33%, two groups had significant difference (P<0.05); the two groups before and after treatment of Ashworth assessment,lower limb muscle tension improvement score of treatment group was better than control group, compared the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Double needle and acupuncture treatment of stroke after lower limb muscle tension symptom curative effect is better than that of conventional acupuncture treatment.2.This topic selection of electroacupuncture waveforms have no actual meaning, but with the points with is the key of treatment.
