Wenxin Pellet On Dual Chamber Pacemaker Implantation After Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation Study Of Safety And Efficacy

Objective:To compare with amiodarone observation of Wenxin pellet on slow arrhythmia by implantation of dual chamber pacemaker postoperative paroxysmal atrial fibrillation study of safety and efficacy.Methods:80cases of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation associated with slow arrhythmia by implantation of dual chamber pacemaker DDD (R) patients for3months after pacemaker optimization, randomly divided into application of Wenxin pellet group (treatment group) in40cases, amiodarone group (control group) in40cases.Two groups of patients were given routine treatment.The treatment group was added with Wenxin pellet,1bags of9g/time, boiling water,3times/day; the control group was given with oral200mg/time,3times/day,1weeks after the200mg/time,2times/day,1weeks after the200mg/time,1times/day.The course of treatment was8weeks.Results:The treatment group and control group in improvement of clinical symptoms and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation efficacy between the two was no significant (p>0.05).Conclusion:1、Wenxin pellet can relieve the clinical symptoms of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.2、Wenxin pellet group and control group comparative efficacy.3Wenxin pellet no obvious adverse reactions during use, suggesting that stable cardio-particle treatment of atrial fibrillation are safe and feasible.
