| Objective: This study is to investigate the "The balance of acupuncture with the bodyacupuncture" treatment and drug treatment group which serves as a control group, andobserve the clinical efficacy of treatment on migraine with acupuncture centered at "Thebalance of acupuncture and body acupuncture ". Then an objective evaluation should bemade.Methods: Migraine patients60cases which meet the diagnostic criteria, in accordancewith the simple stochastic methods, are divided into two groups equally: one group （the "balance of Acupuncture with the Body Acupuncture " group）and the other control group（drug treatment group). Treated points of treatment group is "The balance of Acupunctureand Body Acupuncture "（The balance of Acupuncture point:Toutong, Jingtong, Shengti）（the contralateral）,and Taiyang,Shuaigu,Fengchi;（the affected side）; controlled at Oralmedicine nimodipine tablets. The results of treatment for2courses（10days for1treatmentcourse）are judged. The number of occurrences before and after treatment, extent, durationand symptoms of headache are observed on the treatment and control groups respectively.Before reaching a conclusion, two sets of data derived from analysis and comparison onefficacy.Results:1．The intensity of headache，the times of headache and the index of headachecould decrease greatly after two channels of acupuncturing to treat migraine. And the effect ofthe treatment group was more significant.2. A significant improvement and adjustment ofabnormal intracranial hemodynamics in two groups could be seen obviously. The balance ofacupuncture with the body acupuncture group was more significant.3．The total efficiency of90%in the treatment group was higher than83.33%in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion: The increased cure rate and reduced recurrence rate of hyperactivity ofliver-yang migraine can be achieved with the method of acupuncture centered as" The balanceof acupuncture with the body acupuncture ". |
