Combined With Pink Eye Needle Curative Effect Observation Of Siwu Decoction In The Treatment Of Migraine

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect in treating Migraine of Syndrome with eye-acupuncture and Taohongsiwu Decoction.Material and method:Randomly divided80patients who was eligible into two groups.:40cases of the treatment group (Eye acupuncture combined with Taohongsiwu Decoction Treatment) and40cases of the control group (only Taohongsiwu Decoction Treatment). The treatment principles are regulating qi and activating blood circulation, activate collaterals to relieve pain. The location of the treatment group:choose bilateral upper jiao area, bilateral liver area, bilateral kidney area, bilateral temple area. The treatment is given once daily, and continuate5days with2days for rest constitute a therapeutic course, altogether4courses. Medicament: adjusted Taohongsiwu Decoction, Chinese medicine decocted in water, orally3times for1day, and7days constitute a therapeutic course, altogether4courses. During treatment fasting spicy food and other drugs are forbidden, try to keep calm and pleasant mood, avoid sharp fluctuations in the same time. The control group was only treated with Taohongsiwu Decoction with the same method of treatment group. After three courses of treatment, through the observation of two groups before and after treatment, clinical integration (including the degree of pain, headache index, pain duration) changes and TCM Syndromes of scoring variation, evaluate the clinical curative effect.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were97.5%and85%respectively, Eye acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine in treating migraine clinical curative effect is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine curative effect. Indicating significant difference (P<0.05) by statistical management. The results show that:the total effective rate of Svndrome of traditional Chinese medicine curative effect in the treatment group was97.5%and75%in the control group. After treatment, the observation index of the treatment group such as pain, headache index, pain duration calculus of variations of significance(P<0.05), in comparison with the control group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Above all descript that eye acupuncture combined with Taohongsiwu Decoction therapy in the treatment of this disease is superior to the control group.Conclusion:Eye acupuncture combined with Taohongsiwu Decoction in the treatment of migraine has satisfied clinical curative effect, and better than the control group, it deserves further research and promotion.
