Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Jianweibao Granule In Children With Anorexia Of Spleen Deficiency Type

Objective:To evaluate the efficiency and security of Jianweibao Granule in treating anorexia of spleen deficiency type in children.Methods:Select from March2011to October2011,60cases of anorexia in children Yancheng Chinese medicine hospital in the treatment of deficiency of the spleen, in accordance with the principle of randomized controlled divided into treatment and control groups. Chinese medicine treatment group,30cases of Jianweibao Granule treatment of main drug herb, atractylodes, hawthorn, Gallus gallus domesticus, dried tangerine peel, heterophylla; control group (n=30) using Western medicine Pediatric Compound Four Vitamins and Ferrous Fumarate Powder.Results:Treatment group,13cases recovered, accounting for43.3%, effective in11cases (36.7%), progress in five cases, accounting for16.7%, and1case (3.3%), total effective rate was96.7%; control group,7cases recovered, accounting for33.3%,effective in6cases, accounting for28.3%,9cases of progress, accounting for23.3%,8cases, accounting for15.8%, the total efficiency of84.2%; the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P﹤0.05), two groups of treatment troubleschild hemoglobin change, the difference was statistically significant (P﹤0.05), two sets of points in the main disease there is a significant difference (P﹤0.05), sub-disease points to improve no significant difference between the other two groups of children with treatment during thewere no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Granules treatment of Jianweibao spleen deficiency anorexia efficacy significantly, security, further promote the use of clinical value, but its long-term effects need further study.
