Research On The Impact Factor Of Type Of Transformation From Qifen To Yingfen In Exogenous Heat Disease

The thesis carries out extensive and in-depth exploration on different factors that affect transformation from Qifen to Yingfen in exogenous heat disease through literature and historical review, traditional Chinese theory guidance and experiment study. It was found that the studies on the factors affecting disease transformation from Qifen to Yingfen weren’t systematic and deep-going enough. Therefore, deeper exploration is necessary on this subject. The thesis analysis the possible factors affecting transformation such as categories and strength of pathogenic factors, Qi and blood, viscera, emotional changes, age, gender, pathogenic products, climate, region, routine treatment and mistreatment from the perspective of pathogenic factor, human body, nature and treating therapy. At the same time, the experiment set up two group of rabbit model with Qifen syndrome to better illustrate treatment function on Qifen-Yingfen transformation. In the experiment, we chose White Tiger Decoction, the representative prescription to clear Qifen heat, and Jade Maid Decoction Modification clearing heat in Qifen and Yingfen to treat the rabbits, aiming to contrast the signs, pathology and immunity of the two groups. The result is that the two prescriptions have evident heat-clearing function and protect the lung, spleen and liver as well. Meanwhile, the two prescriptions enable to conspicuously enhance interleukin-6and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) while White Tiger Decoction excels Yunu Decoction Modification in decreasing interleukin-10. It is proved that Qifen heat-clearing therapy have better effect in treating Qifen heat syndrome than Qifen and Yingfen heat-clearing therapy.
