An Analysis On Clinical Efficacy Of Qinchai Kangdu Mixture For Treatment Of Infantile EB Virus Infectious Mononucleosis

ObjectiveThis study by observing the self-developed Qinchai Kangdu mixture to treat infantile EB virus infection the clinical curative effect of infectious mononucleosis,and discuss the mechanism of Qinchai Kangdu mixture in the treatment of infectious mononucleosis in children MethodsAdopt prospective study method that we select 120 children with pediatric infectious mononucleosis EB virus infection, traditional Chinese medicine dialectical accord with syndrome of flaring heat in qifen and yingfen in Wuhan children hospital and randomly divided them into treatment group and control group(each, 60cases).The control group was given conventional treatment 7-10 days,the treatment group on the basis of routine therapy in children with Qinchai Kangdu mixture which composed of Scutellariae Radix 10 g,Bupleuri Radix 10 g,Artemisiae Annuae Herba 10 g,Forsythiae Fructus 20 g,Arctii Fructus 10 g,Paeoniae Radix Rubra 10 g,Cinnamomi Ramulus 6 g,Moutan Cortex 10 g,Trionycis Carapax10 g,Isatidis Radix 20 g,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium 10 g,Glycyrrhizae Radix 10 g,orally, once daily for 7-10 days。Observing of the two groups with test indexes such as clinical effects,clinical symptoms and signs, white blood cell count(WBC), peripheral blood of the opposite sex lymphocyte ratio and glutamic acid transaminase(ALT) back to normal time,and to observe the change of Chinese medicine symptom integral and adverse reactions. ResultThe effective rate of the treatment group were much better than that of the control group〔93.33%(56/60)than 76.67%(46/60),P<0.05〕.The treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05) in healing time(days:6.9±2.3 vs.7.7±3.4)、temperature recovery time(days:2.9±1.4 vs.4.8±1.7)、angina recovery time(days:7.2±3.3 vs.8.0±3.2)、lymph node reduce time(days:6.6±2.1 vs.10.2±2.0)、liver bounce back to normal time(days:7.8±1.7 vs.9.6±2.0), the WBC returned to normal time(days:7.22±1.78 vs.10.67±1.97)、heterosexual lymphocyte ratio back to normal time(days:7.24±1.86 vs.11.15±1.65)、ALT returned to normal time(days:8.44±1.83 vs.11.43±2.65)are significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05).Two groups of children with no adverse reactions occurred in the process of treatmentConclusionQinchai Kangdu mixture to treat children with infectious mononucleosis of flaring heat in qifen and yingfen caused by EB virus infection can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, helping hepatosplenomegaly early retraction and test indexes such aspromote the proportion of peripheral blood lymphocyte heterosexual timely returned to normal.
