Warm Diseases Gas Cards, Camp Cards Objective Indicators Related Research

Objective: We observed the relation between Qifen Zheng and Yingfen Zheng of Wenbing in clinical common tests and important inflammation factors. Then providing objective criterion for the diagnosis and differentiation of Qifen fen Zheng and Yingfen Zheng.Methods: 45 patients in the emergency call section of affiliated hospital of Chengdu university of Traditional Chinese Medicine were chosen, according to the selected standard of the experiment; there are 30 patients in the Qifen Zheng group and there are 15 patients in the Yingfen Zheng group . We observed several correlative factors, which consist of animal heat,heart rate,mean arterial pressure,breath,blood routine test,feces routine test,urine routine test,liver,kidney,activated partial thromboplastin time,prothrombin time,immunoglobulin,complement,C-reactive protein and cytokine test.Result: The comparison of the factors between two groups , which were HR,MAP,WBC,Gran%,ALT,BUN,FIB,IgA,IgG,IL-1,IL-6,IL-10,TNF,CRP, showed appreciable difference(P< 0.05).Conclusion: The factors ,which were aforementioned, could be the objective criterion of the diagnosis and differentiation of Qifen Zheng and Yingfen Zheng.
