| The Wei Qi Ying Xue theory is the basis of the treatment for exogenous febrile disease, which shows the superiority of Chinese Traditional Medicine in infectious diseases. In the progress of Wei Qi Ying Xue syndrome, the pathological feature is the dysfunction. However, the pathological of Yingfen syndrome and Xuefen syndrome is organ injury. In the diagnosis and treatment, if Weifen or Qifen syndrome is not under control, the pathogen may enter Yingfen or Xuefen and induce serious symptoms, It is very important for the diagnosis and treatment of exogenous febrile disease if the pathogen is suppressed and treated effectively. The research composes of theoretical study and experimental study. In the theoretical study, the concept and symptoms of Yingfen Syndrome are discussed, the pathogenesis, pathology and therapeutic principles are also elaborated. In addition, the regulation of Yingfen Syndrome from immune imbalance of T lymphocyte is revealed. Qing Ying Tang, the representative prescription of Yingfen Syndrome, is also the representative prescription of clearing heat from Yingfen to Qifen. The idea of therapy of Yingfen Syndrome is reflected by demonstrating clearing heat from Yingfen to Qifen. In the experimental study, the endtoxin is used to make the rat model of Yingfen Syndrome. The aim is to observe the effect of Qing Ying Tang, Qing Ying Tang without Yin Hua, Lian Qiao, Zhu Ye and only Yin Hua, Lian Qiao and Zhu Ye on Yingfen model. The potential mechanism is also studied by researching blood rheology, D-dimer, Neuron-specfic enolase (NSE) and T lymphocyte subsets. In conclusion, We confirm the effect of Qing Ying Tang and the therapy of clearing heat from Yingfen to Qifen. Moreover, its protective effect might be due to modulating blood rheology, D-dimer, Neuron-specfic enolase (NSE) and T lymphocyte subsets. |
