View:Study of colorectal cancer, common symptoms and signs, tongue pulse and cardelements in each diagnosis, staging, distribution law, initially revealed by multivariateanalysis of colorectal cancer syndrome factor and the clinical presentation of colorectal cancer syndrome factor common signs and symptoms, tonguethe correlation betweenthe pulse to provide a basis for further study of the distribution between the rule of combination in colorectal cancer syndrome factor. Methods:Collection of Jiangsu Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine2011.1-2011.12during hospitalization confirmed the clinical data of patients with colorectal cancer,"Colon Cancer Clinical Practice Guidelines (Chinese Edition),2010first edition and rectal cancer clinical practice Guidelines (Chinese Edition),2009first edition"staging criteriafor the diagnosis, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the" Association of Chinese Medicine standard tumor traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment guidelines, combined with mentoring experience, the extraction of spleen, large intestine, kidney, liver, qi deficiency, qi stagnation, wet, heat, blood stasis, poison, yang deficiency, yin deficiency, blood deficiency13common syndrome factor of colorectal cancer, aretrospective study, the distribution of TCM signs and symptoms, tongue, pulse andsyndrome factor analysis study; using logistic analysis and chi-square teststatisticsanalyze the common signs and symptoms, tongue, pulse, clinical stage andpermit prime relations. Conclusion:From this research, we concluded that the top5symptoms related to colorectal cancer are blood stool, abdominal pain, anorexia, fatigue and diarrhea, and the top5’tongue and pulse’ are white, fur, wiry, moss thin and thread pulse. Normally, the most common symptoms, and ’tongue and pulse’ in patients with colon cancers are abdominal pain, blood stool, abdominal fullness, moss white, moss thin and wiry. But in patients with rectal cancers, blood stool, diarrhea, loose stools, moss white, wiry and moss thin are much common. In preoperative phase, the more common symptoms and’tongue and pulse" in patients are blood stool, abdominal pain, diarrhea, wiry, moss white and pale tongue. As well, in stage Ⅱ patients, they are fatigue, abdominal pain, blood stool, fine pulse, moss thin and red tongue. However, in stage Ⅳ patients, they are abdominal pain, anorexia, blood stool, white fur, pulse fine and moss thin. Conclusively, the top5syndrome factors are qi deficiency, spleen, qi stagnation, blood deficiency and colon. There’s no statistical significance in diagnoses of the distribution of syndrome factors, but significance in different stages can be observed. Further, spleen, colon, kidney, wet and blood stasis are the most commons in preoperative patients. In the contrast. Qi deficiency, yang deficiency, qi stagnation, heat and detoxification are the most commons in patients at pre or post-operation phases. In conclusion, through multiple variants correlation analysis, we have observed the relevant clinical manifestations to every syndrome factors.
