Objective:Formulate ascariasis chinese medicine clinic guide.Method:Literature research,questionnaire surveys of experts(Delphi method) and the expert argumentation meeting were combined to formulate ascariasis chinese medicine clinic guide.1.Literature Research:Comforming to the principles of evidence-based medicine,take manual search and computer retrieval,network retrieval together to query related literature,via search tools, such as ancient chinese medicine pediatrics database,CNKI,Wanfang database,Weipu database, Ancient literature:searching ancient chinese medicine pediatrics database chiefly to gather comprehensive documents concerning ascariasis.Recent literature:according to the purpose of the study,fix on the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Select the qualified literature,referring to the idex of the Cochrane manual to evaluate and proofread the quality of literature.Accomplish an review of the literature study to formulate the first round expert questionnaire by classifying and generalizing the literature, establishing excel database,analying the indexes via frequency statistic analysis.2.Experts Survey:On the base of the early literature study, the first round expert questionnaire was formed by diagnoses,classification,syndromes of each classification,treatment and prescription of every syndrome,common chinese patent medicine and other traditional treatment, prevention and nursing. Sent the questionnaires to the nationwide selection of40experts by letters and e-mails. Analy the recycling questionnaires with statistical method in order to select indexes which adjust to the evaluation system to formulate the second round expert questionnaire.Send the second round expert questionnaires to40experts,and then analy the recycling questionnaires.Combining the results of the literature reaserch and statistical results of the two questionnaires,form the third round expert questionnaire(the rudiment of the guideline).Then send them to five representative experts.By gathering and modifying the experts’advices,formulate the ascariasis TCM original finalized clinic guideline.3.Expert Meeting:Invite the famous traditional Chinese medicine specialists in pediatrics to whom submitted the ascariasis TCM original finalized clinic guideline.Experts examine and approve the ascariasis chinese medicine clinic guide via discussing the suggestion of modification. Results:A more scientific and standardized ascariasis chinese medicine clinic guide was formulated via the literature search,the expert questionnaire survey and the expert meeting.We conformed that ascariasis attaches to traditional Chinese medicine diseases named Huichong,Changchong,Guchong,Youchong,Jiaochong; we conformed the definition of ascariasis.Clinic features are including umbilical pain with intermittent attcck,paroxia,excretion of roundworms,or stool examination with eggs of roundworms etc. We also conformed its diagnostic terms and classified three taditional syndrome differentiations,ascarides lodging in the intestine syndrome,ascarides reaching the gallbladder syndrome and ascarides caking in the intestine syndrome.The main therapeutic principle of ascariasis lies in expelling and destroying ascarides,assisted in regulating the spleen and stomach.External therapy, acupuncture,massage can also be used if the patient has abdominal pain.Conclusion:The process of formulating the guideline is based on the literature reaserch.The indexes of the evaluation system were drew by comprehensively gathering ancient and recent literature,tiding and analying them via statistic method.Expert survey is the key step. The experts’view finally reached a census via gathering the experts’advices and analying three rounds of the questionnaires.Lastly,after the expert meeting,a scientific and normative ascariasis Chinese medicine clinic guide was formulated.Thees are sientific methods to make normative clinic guidelines, worthy being widely applied in the reaserch of TCM standardization work.
